1. Who we are

SalesRunway ("we," "us") operates salesrunway.co, a free candidate-referral service that connects job seekers with companies hiring for sales roles. By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we are — and aren't

• We are a referral/matching service. We are not the employer for the positions discussed on this Site, and we are not an agent of any candidate.
• We do not guarantee that you will receive an interview, a job offer, employment, or any particular schedule, role type, or level of earnings.
• Hiring decisions, compensation, and employment terms are made solely by the hiring companies.
• Our service is free for candidates. We may receive fees from hiring companies for referrals.

3. Earnings information

Pay figures and ranges on the Site are estimates drawn from publicly available industry sources and are provided for general information only. They are not a representation of what you will earn. Many roles are partly or fully commission-based and can produce low or no income. Individual results vary widely based on effort, skill, employer, market conditions, and other factors.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your application. You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work to use our referral services.
• Do your own diligence on any employer or role before accepting an offer, including compensation structure and employment terms.

5. Communications

If you consent on our application form, we and partner hiring companies may contact you about job opportunities by phone, text, and email. You can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts, unsubscribe from emails, or contact us). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content, branding, and design belong to SalesRunway and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesRunway will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, or from any employment relationship or interaction with a hiring company. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
