This Privacy Policy explains how SalesRunway ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use salesrunway.co (the "Site") and our candidate-referral services.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, city/state, sales experience level, availability to start, career preferences (including quiz responses), and anything you share with us by phone, text, or email.
• Automatically collected information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and, if we use advertising or analytics tools (such as the Meta pixel), cookie and device identifiers.

How we use your information

• To contact you about job opportunities and schedule career calls (by phone, text/SMS, and email, where you have consented).
• To match you with hiring companies and refer your information to them for job-placement purposes.
• To operate, improve, and market the Site, including measuring advertising performance.
• To comply with legal obligations and keep records of consent.

How we share your information

• Partner hiring companies: the core of our service is referring you to companies that are hiring. When we refer you, we share the information you submitted (such as name, contact details, location, experience, and preferences) with those companies so they can contact you about roles. We may receive a fee from hiring companies for referrals.
• Service providers: vendors that help us run the Site, such as form processing, website hosting, scheduling, and communications tools. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal: if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties such as data brokers.

Text messages

If you consent on our application form, we and partner hiring companies may text you about job opportunities, including using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of using our service.

Your choices and rights

• You can opt out of texts (reply STOP), emails (use the unsubscribe link or reply asking to stop), or calls (tell us) at any time.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live (for example, California or Colorado), you may have additional privacy rights under state law; we will honor valid requests as required.

Data retention

We keep application and consent records for as long as needed for our services and legal compliance, and consent records for at least four years.

Children

The Site is intended for people 18 and older seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
